The company is currently seeking a Clinical Program Manager to develop content and stories for users— leveraging data and health information—to create personalized, goal-driven journeys to better health.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and update user journey content coupling health behavior change principles and motivational interviewing techniques with up-to-date medical literature and clinical practice guidelines, structured literature searches, and peer reviewer, client, and user feedback.

     

  • Perform content quality assurance functions once content is developed for mobile application use.

     

  • Collaborate with other teams, e.g., executive leaders, product development/management, sales, and marketing, etc.

     

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree required. Nursing degree preferred, though other allied health education and training will be considered.

     

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in health coaching, chronic disease management, and/or health education with a focus on health behavior change principles and/or motivational interviewing techniques.

     

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience with behavioral assessments and electronic health records.

     

  • Must have demonstrated proficiency with various software applications, including but not limited to, MS Office and Google Workspace.

     

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and a resultsoriented approach, with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

     

  • Only candidates living in the eastern US will be considered at this time.
