High Impact Sales Leader and Account Manager for an Innovative Digital Health Company
ALYKA Health is seeking an experienced sales leader to manage customer relationships and generate repeatable revenue for the business. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of successful experience selling to employers—preferably working with Insurance products, Wellness solutions, Mobile Apps, or other SaaS solutions. This individual will focus on building a world-class sales organization and implementing best-in-class sales processes and tools to deliver continued success for ALYKA Health and its customers and business partners.

Description
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for establishing financial targets, determining the sales plan and channel partner strategy, setting up the sales processes, building the funnel to achieve company goals, creating content to support customer journeys, and managing customer accounts and user groups. This is a high impact role that will directly impact the trajectory of the company.
This position requires someone who is articulate, motivated, detailed-oriented, and able to demonstrate value and build trust with clients and teammates. As part of your specific duties, you will:

Guide a consistent and repeatable sales process that aligns with our strategic objectives and growth goals.

Build strong relationships with customers, seeking to understand their needs and challenges and providing exceptional service and timely support.

Create compelling customer journeys across digital touchpoints.

Analyze and segment various industries and audiences and develop a targeted methodology to engage them.

Provide strategic direction to cultivate professional relationships with potential customers by understanding their business needs and offering the solution where there is a good fit.

Use data analysis of sales numbers, customer accounts, competitive intelligence, and market trends to make needed adjustments.

Actively seek to educate yourself on the health benefits and wellness matters and issues, maintaining any needed certifications and a professional level of knowledge that provides value added knowledge to customers and market insights to the team. You may represent the company as a speaker in educational settings.

Create sales content to support customer journeys and other account-based marketing engagements.

Identify key messages and value propositions that convey the value of ALYKA Health to employers, brokers, and other market segments.

Manage the company’s customer relationship management and sales tools and applications.

Model the company values and principles of honesty and high standards of integrity and excellence.
Qualifications

5-10 years of extensive sales experience, working with executives, and managing customer programs.

BS Degree preferred, MBA a plus.

Experience managing customer relationship management (CRM) tools and applications and building customer journeys.

Experience in the employer health benefits space.

Excellent presentation, documentation, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to quickly integrate as a member of the management team, and one who is relied upon to accomplish the company’s goals.

Experience orchestrating complex sales deals and developing customer engagement strategies.
Compensation
Market competitive base salary, plus commission and potential equity. Paid time off and paid company holidays.
